Can I have the engraving on my ring refreshed when I get the size adjusted?

How many times can the size of a ring be adjusted?

The surface of the metal is worn down during size adjustment, which may lead to the shape becoming distorted and the strength of the ring being reduced. We do not recommend processing products more than twice, including polishing. From the third time onward, the band of the ring may need to be replaced. A fee will be charged for this.

Whether or not repair is possible depends on the condition of the ring. We will inspect the ring and provide a quote if it can be repaired.

For what kind of products is engraving available?

Engraving is mainly provided for bridal rings; however, birthstone products can also be engraved. Please contact your nearest TASAKI bouique or TASAKI Customer Service for information on products that can be engraved.

What is the maximum length for engravings?

Can I have a ring engraved?

Can be performed one time free of charge within one year of purchase, either at the time of purchase or after delivery.
* A fee is charged for engravings on birthstone products regardless of when the engraving is performed.

I lost one of my earrings. Can I have a single earring made?

This service can be provided for designs that are currently available for purchase. Please enquire at a TASAKI boutique for confirmation. The remaining earring will be kept during manufacturing for the purposes of matching the pearl colour and checking the two sides. Please note that outlet stores cannot accept orders of single full-price earrings.

I lost the silicone pad on the clip-on earring fitting.

I lost the back of my pierced earring.

Do I need to show certification to receive After-Purchase Service?

You will be asked to show your certification when requesting After-Purchase Service. If you have lost your certification, the stamp on the product can be used as proof of manufacturing. However, please note that in such cases services cannot be provided free of charge even within one year of purchase.

Can I buy a replacement case for an item if the original becomes damaged?

One case is provided per product. Cases cannot be sold separately.
