Pearls are an organic material and it is important that they are cared for daily. After use, wipe off any dirt and moisture with a jewellery cloth or another soft, dry cloth. It is important to ensure that there is no residue remaining anywhere on the surface of the pearls after cleaning the item. Pearls can be damaged by moisture and acidity, and any remaining moisture or sweat may lead to deterioration or discolouration. In addition, please note that contact with cosmetics and other chemicals may lead to deterioration such as loss of lustre. The item should be removed when doing housework or bathing. We also recommend not wearing the item while applying makeup.

Avoid storing the item together with volatile chemicals such as perfume or insect repellent, as this may impair the lustre. Store the item in a case that blocks light, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and excessive humidity or dryness. Pearls are delicate and should be stored in a case separate from other jewellery to prevent damage or breakages due to friction or impacts.

Diamonds attract oils, and oil and fat content from the skin or products such as hand cream may cause them to dull. After use, wipe the item with a jewellery cloth or another soft cloth before storing. If diamonds become dirty, use a soft brush and neutral detergent diluted in warm water to clean them, then rinse and leave to dry. Although diamond is a hard material, please note that diamonds may be damaged by impacts from certain directions.

Care should be taken when storing diamonds as they are hard gemstones and may scratch other jewellery when stored together.
