You can check the current stock level of a product and make a reservation in advance by contacting TASAKI Customer Service using the Product information form. Please be sure to include the product name and size in your message. Some designs may only be available at certain locations. In such cases, we will provide information about which TASAKI boutiques have the product available.
Products can generally be reserved for two weeks. Please note that reservations may not be possible for items with limited stock.

Products can be purchased duty free at all TASAKI boutiques, with the exception of those located in China.
Yes, certification is provided with our products. Purchase history is managed using the product code printed on the certification. However, certification is not provided at outlet stores. Please keep your proof of purchase as an equivalent.
You will need to show your certification when requesting After-Purchase Service. Please store it safely together with your product, as certification cannot be reissued.
Certification only includes the product code. This product code can be used to check purchase history and product details. Please enquire in store if you would like other information to be listed.
